We have been looking for authentic bagels in the Tampa Palms / New Tampa area, Zio's was recommended and their bagels might be some of the best bagels we've had. Staff is super helpful and friendly.. WARNING HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!!

I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with nova lox, and the order ticket clearly reflects exactly that. Instead, I received a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese—no lox, no tomato, no onion, no capers, nothing that actually made it the sandwich I ordered. This wasn’t a problem with DoorDash or the order being entered incorrectly. The ticket was right. It seems the person preparing the food simply wasn’t paying attention. The bagel itself wasn’t bad, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one, although it wasn’t as dense and chewy as I’d expect from a proper New York-style bagel. What really disappointed me was that I tried calling the store to have the order corrected before contacting DoorDash, but every call went straight to a voicemail box that hadn’t even been set up. I would have much preferred giving the restaurant the opportunity to remake my order instead of having to go through DoorDash for a refund. Everyone makes mistakes, but when there’s no way to reach the restaurant to fix them, it leaves customers with very few options.

I ordered 2 bagels and a hashbrown through doordash. The order was incorrect upon arrival, I got a plain bagel with lox cream cheese (that I paid an extra dollar fifty for) and an everything cheddar bagel with plain, but both had plain cream cheese. Tried to contact doordash support over the course 15 mins but they refused any kind of compensation or redelivery in the end. Complete waste of my time and something small turned into a huge hassle. I know doordash is a third party so I’m not blaming this shop for the service, but the root cause is the mistake.

We just ordered their BEC on a cheddar bagel, HEC as well and a strawberry cream cheese french toast bagel. Everything was so delicious! It feels like having a little piece of New York City right here in New Tampa. It feels so nostalgic to be here. I love the taste of everything and the guy who helped me at the counter was so kind and nice to me! Thank you for going through the menu with me to help me decide what to order! 🥯🧀🥓🍳

Bagels were amazing! They were fresh, cut to order and great variety. Melissa and Nick provide amazing customer service and recommendations. Perfect place for that NY breakfast and lunch vibe. Highly recommend
